1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Yooop! (the website at yooop.online and any related services, together the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The Service displays content retrieved through the YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Service's use and processing of YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
3. The Service
Yooop! curates short video reviews of cafés and restaurants from public YouTube creators and presents them alongside basic place information (name, address, hours, location) sourced from Google Maps. Yooop! does not host or own the videos; they are streamed by YouTube via embedded players.
4. User accounts and submissions
- You may sign in via Google to save spots and write reviews. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes another party's rights.
- You retain ownership of reviews you write, but grant Yooop! a non-exclusive license to display them within the Service.
- We may remove content or close accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or republish content from the Service in bulk.
- Attempt to bypass any access control, rate limit, or security measure.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' use of it.
6. Third-party content
Café information and videos shown in Yooop! come from third parties (YouTube creators, Google Maps). Yooop! does not guarantee the accuracy, freshness, availability, or appropriateness of any third-party content. Restaurant hours, prices, and operating status can change without notice — please confirm with the venue before visiting.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yooop! and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update the Service or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reasonable cause.
